Problem with Package

Once you receive your order. If there is any problem at all. Please take a photo of the package before opening, after opening, and all contents of the package.

If something is missing, send a photo of the full package inside and out and all the contents within.

We strive to do our best and will try to help as best as we can.

Porch thefts are something we have no control over.  If you order a package, know that you will get a tracking number automatically sent out when your items ship, please look in your spam email and be conscious in tracking your package as it arrives.  I personally try to avoid any boxes sitting in front of my home or business as porch thefts can happen.
