I use Doterra Oils on me and in my business in diffusers to help calm the grooming environment. "Hawaiian Sandalwood oil has a calming, grounding aroma that is frequently used in meditation." 
Some oils are sensitive to humans and pets. Please research the oils you use around your pets.
