If you know my Momo. He has a very narrow chest. This is not great for him. It just slips around. 
But Angel my pitbull. This is great for her size chest. Wide and strong. 
Now if I have a dog that doesn’t listen to I would go this route without a collar with a Leah on both as a backup plan. 
Any dog that wants to can pull out of a harness. 
But even for car rides this is nice. Soft fun and colorful. 
Limited edition as you know. Betty passed away from breast cancer in 2023.
