Large will still fit your face, it may be a little longer on your chin compared to the medium size.  Most folks can wear a medium.  Some folks can wear a small.  Children can wear and extra small. 
 
These are handmade in Florida by Betty D.  These are two pieces coming together to make a cheek by cheek appearance.  If you have a wide and large face, order the large face mask.  Dede wears a small and or a medium full face mask. The large fit her face ,but hangs down a bit.

They all have string attached. Feel free to tighten up the rubber bands for tighter fit by rotating the tied end out of the fabric. I recommend hand wash and hang dry to make them last as long as possible.
