This a front pack to carry your pet. To me, it probably fits a 12# pet ish best, anything heavier might be uncomfortable.  Longer dogs than normal.  Does NOT look to fit a tiny dog at all.  It only has two holes for back feet and front feet either tuck inside or hand over.  This is a cheaper version than others I carry. This is a consignment item.  It is new.  All Sales Final.
