Super Super Soft coat with collar.  Fabric is soft like felt.
Dede thinks it will fit a large pet that is a labrador or boxer, or mastiff - big... measure the waist.  Around the belly seems to be about 47" velcro to velcro.  27" from neck to tail. The measurement from the back left side to back right side 21.5".  This is Handmade by Betty D.
