| Requirements Unlike most groomers, I offer one on one grooms for every pet. Specializing in hard to handle, senior, and special care pets. Because of the average 1-hour groom and 30 minute pick up window appointments must be prompt. There is a 24-hour cancellation requirement. 5 day notice is needed. Groom times are by appointment only and are available 7 days a week day/night. I NEED 3-5 business days to book your appointment depending on the time of year. **Appointments over 15 minutes late will be charged $10 and possibly rescheduled. ** No Show's will be charged $20 per pet. **By offering 1-hour grooms, pick up must be done within thirty minutes of completion, late pick up charges may apply. This is key in maintaining the appointments as they are scheduled. I value your time. All pets MUST be current on VACCINATIONS. |
